We need to think that at this present situation, a software engineer or a computer literate with english fluency might paid more than 15k, but what is the state of drivers, who take care of us with our safe journey in day and night. But that's the society.
How many drivers you know who are having credit cards?
How many drivers you know who are having hi-end mobile?
How many drivers you know who are spending the festivals or family functions without fail?
How many of you aware of the driver's skill, stamina?
There are lot of things which are unspoken, untold stories with them.
But unless they got support or they introspect themselves or getting a leader for themselves to upgrade nothing will happen and this will remain for more years.
But there are some basic things these people should do. The following are some:
So who we are?
1. We wont raise questions about the worst state of the bus stands which we are taking rests.
2. We wont ask questions for the facilities to be provided for us atleast during summer season to take rest in cool atmosphere in a break of 5 to 10 mins of each journey
3. We wont raise questions about the conditions of the roads or the abundant speed brakers which will lead to the depreciation and add to the inefficiency in the operation.
4. We wont do strike to show our expressions and opposition for the above condition.
5. We will show strength of our unions only during the strikes for bonus and if some of our staff gets hurted by others.
